History
Dimson Ltd. was founded in 1992 as 100% private company.
The owner and Managing Director has had previous experience as Managing Director of a state factory with more than 5000 employees, manufacturing fine mechanic and optic for the military industry.
Originally we started as a mediator between German customers and Bulgarian producers.
In 1994 we started our own mechanical production and for more than 30 years we have been expanding our production range.
In 1998 we started to produce optical components – lens, achormats, mirrors, plane plates.
In 2006 we began producing and assembling of fiberglass lightguide cables applied in medical instruments for surgery and for industrial applications.
On 30.10.2008 we received ISO 9001:2000 – QS-5092 HH, audited by Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH
ISO 9000:2015 recertification by TUV Nord is currently underway.
